I like that he wants to -- gasp! -- let a mini-Target be under an aparment unit instead of only next to it.
I like his "yes, and" enthusiasm for development.
You get to pick a second -- between the two incumbents, I'd go with John Bergman, the longstanding one. He seemed a little more open to creativity than the other one who seemed a bit more "don't ever change anything I don't like stuff."

Incumbent. He seems fine. I wasn't terribly impressed by the challenger when I met him.
